Ingredients of PB&J Frozen Banana Bites:
3-4 bananas

3 tablespoons of coconut oil
Optional toppings: crushed pretzels, crushed peanuts or pecans
Instructions:
-
Start by peeling and slicing up the banana.
-
Spread the peanut butter onto one-half of the banana slices and spread the jelly on the other half.
-
Stack the peanut butter banana slices on the jelly slices and freeze for two hours.
4. Once the bananas have frozen, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for thirty seconds, stir completely and heat again for 30 seconds and stir again, repeat the process until the chocolate has melted completely. Careful not to burn the chocolate.
