Refund policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

To be eligible for replacement, you must prove to us that you have received the incorrect order.

Replacement
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically get the replacement of the product that you have purchased. Replacement requests will be processed within 24-72 hours.
